Find and connect your Meta Ad Account ID

Overview

The Meta Ad Account ID links your Meta advertising account with Arth Growth Hub to display read-only Ads Insights and campaign performance metrics.

Steps

  1. Step 1

    Open Meta Ads Manager.

  2. Step 2

    Select the business ad account managing your promotional campaigns from the account dropdown at the top left.

  3. Step 3

    Copy the numeric account ID shown next to your account name or in the URL after act=.

Examples

Expected formatA numeric account ID, for example 123456789012345, or act_123456789012345.

Frequently asked questions

Should I include the act_ prefix?

Arth accepts either the numeric ID alone or the act_ prefixed string.

Troubleshooting

Ads Insights displays zero metrics or metrics for an unrelated ad account.

Check

  • Confirm whether you have multiple ad accounts in Meta Ads Manager.

Resolution

Select the business ad account from the dropdown in Ads Manager and paste that account ID into Arth.
