Services Arth provides: * Storefront creation * Inventory management * Accounting tools * Marketing tools * AI-powered assistance * Customer communication tools * WhatsApp integrations * Business analytics Merchant Responsibilities Merchants agree to: * Provide accurate information * Maintain account security * Obtain customer consent where required * Comply with applicable laws * Comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies Prohibited Activities Users may not: * Send spam * Send unlawful content * Abuse platform resources * Attempt unauthorized access * Violate third-party rights Communications Arth may facilitate communication via: * WhatsApp * Email * SMS * Other supported channels Merchants remain responsible for the content they send. AI Features AI-generated content is provided as assistance only. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing and approving content before use. Payments Paid features may require subscription fees or usage-based charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Intellectual Property All Arth software, branding, and platform content remain the property of Irusu Technologies Private Limited. Service Availability Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irusu Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
