Configure Cash on Delivery under Store Features and UPI payments under Payment Integration.

Overview

Provide customer-friendly payment choices at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) lets shoppers pay when their parcel arrives, while UPI enables instant mobile payments through dynamic QR codes.

Steps

  1. Step 1

    In Store Builder, navigate to Store Features and toggle Cash on Delivery (COD).

  2. Step 2

    Navigate to Integrations → Payment Integration to connect your verified UPI ID for QR code generation.

  3. Step 3

    Save your payment settings and publish your storefront so customers see the payment methods at checkout.

Can shoppers choose either payment method?

Yes, both enabled payment options appear on the checkout payment step for the customer to select.

Troubleshooting

COD or UPI does not appear on the checkout page.

Check

  • Verify that Store Features has Cash on Delivery enabled.
  • Verify that Payment Integration has a valid UPI ID configured.
  • Confirm that you published the storefront after making changes.

Resolution

Enable the desired payment options in Store Features or Payment Integration, then publish your storefront.
