Connect a Business UPI ID for Store Checkout

Add your business Virtual Payment Address so customers can pay via instant UPI QR codes.

Overview

Customers in India prefer paying with UPI apps like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM. Arth generates a dynamic UPI QR code at checkout using your verified business VPA.

Steps

  1. Step 1

    In Store Builder, navigate to Integrations → Payment Integration.

  2. Step 2

    Enter your business Virtual Payment Address (VPA).

  3. Step 3

    Place a small test order on your storefront to verify that scanning the QR code resolves to your business name.

Are there payment gateway fees for direct UPI QR payments?

Direct P2M/P2P UPI transfers have no intermediary gateway commissions deducted by Arth.

Troubleshooting

The receiving name shown by the UPI app is not the expected business.

Check

  • Confirm that the UPI ID was copied from the business receiving account.
  • Confirm that there are no spaces or typing errors.

Resolution

Do not publish the checkout setting until the receiving name is correct. Replace the value with the verified business UPI ID.
