Overview
Conversions API sends purchase and checkout events directly from Arth servers to Meta, keeping conversion measurement reliable when ad blockers or privacy settings limit browser tracking.
Steps
Step 1
In Meta Business Settings, go to Users, then System users.
Step 2
Generate a new token for the system user assigned to your Pixel dataset with the event_received permission.
Step 3
Paste the token into Meta Conversions API in Arth and save.

Why use a system user token instead of a personal login?
System user tokens do not expire when an employee changes their password or leaves the business.

Server events are rejected with an authorization error.
Check
- Confirm that the system user has been assigned access to the Pixel dataset.
- Confirm that event_received permission was granted when generating the token.
Resolution
Regenerate the token in Business Settings with the required dataset permissions and paste the updated token.
